• ELIA Plc is developing its company policy, strategy and style of work, focused entirely to the clients and the requirements of the electric power market.
• The major advantages of the company are highly qualified engineering and technical potential and experience gained in building more than 300 projects for industry and energy infrastructure of Bulgaria.
• ELIA Plc has its own modern base – ELIA Electrical Equipment Plant in Dobrich, which was put into operation in 2002. The plant was built in accordance with all European requirements for product quality and work safety and is in compliance with the active laws regulations and the strictest requirements for environmentally friendly production.
• In addition to its plant in Dobrich ELIA Plc has offices in Sofia and office in Varna, where the company has established a modern working conditions for its 80 experts.
• A separate unit has been established in the structure of ELIA Plc, called ELIA Control Body, type C, accredited by the Bulgarian Accreditation Service in accordance with the requirements of the Bulgarian State Standard BDS EN ISO/IEC 17020.
• The company has introduced an Integrated Management System in accordance with the Bulgarian State Standards BDS EN ISO 9001 and BS OHSAS 18001, which is assessed and certified by SGS.
• In pursuance of the PHARE project BG 2004/016-711.11.04 “Improving the competitiveness of the Bulgarian enterprises”, ELIA Plc implement an integrated information system for management and control of business processes (ERP System) Bora Business Solutions, and specialized software for advanced design and construction.
• ELIA holds a certificate for trade mark by the Patent Office of Bulgaria, the registration No. 42597/24.07.2002.
